"A handshake in a small town is special. It means hello. It means we have come to an agreement. It means you have my word. Although in business for over 30 years, we've never left our roots. We seek to do business in the spirit of the small town handshake--while providing quality creative and technical service.
When we shake hands, we mean it. We specialize in Educational, Justice, Religious and Commercial / Industrial projects. Cost control is a focus. From Master Planning through design and construction, we've done it all!"

Currently located in Collierville, Tennessee, our collective experience covers the majority of user and building types. The firm has been in practice in the Memphis area since 1980 and as it has grown from a two-person office, it has maintained staff who are committed to satisfying the client.
We know that our clients depend on us to be creative and practical. Our goal is to become “partners” with our clients - blending creativity, organization, cost control, and punctual scheduling with the old-fashioned handshake and personal attention. We strive to develop creative solutions and provide new services to meet our clients’ needs.
Diversity is Our Strength
Our extensive experience with various project disciplines allows us to approach every project with a unique perspective steeped in practical knowledge. From helping counties deal with issues that may arise for correctional projects, to trying to capture the life and spirituality of a church re-design, creating spaces to fit with their respective communities through new construction, additions, or renovations, we have the know how and experience to bring your project from concept to construction.
Planning
Our planning process emphasizes several “best practices” of the industry. It employs a concentrated work session format with the client to allow total communication between different arms of the client, the design and construction team. Invariably clients are more comfortable with decisions and more willing to make compromises based on direct participation.
The format also emphasizes a complete range of expertise brought in at the initial concept development. Members of the team are comprised of planners, designers and builders providing input regarding demographics, design details and constructability simultaneously. This allows for true comprehensive cost management where it is most effective – during the first 20% of the planning and design process.
