Planning

Our planning process emphasizes several industry best practices. The process employs a concentrated client work session to facilitate communication between different client stakeholder groups and the design and construction team.  Direct client participation increases stakeholder comfort levels and enhances the ability for compromise and decision-making.

The concentrated client work session emphasizes a complete range of expertise delivered at the initial concept development phase. Team members include planners, designers, and builders positioned to provide input regarding demographics, design details, and constructability. This approach enables true comprehensive cost management when it is most effective – during the first 20% of the planning and design process.
